An updated version of the ExPoSE harmonisation code (Version 1.1) is now available for download from our GitHub repository.
The new code implements the following changes in the England dataset:

• Elimination of an unwarranted correction to total cholesterol values. The correction only affects data collected in 2017.
• Adjustment of sampling weights for 2005 laboratory data to take into account that only subjects 65 years and older had their blood analysed.
• Addition of 5 new variables: heartmed, heartmed2, exercisefreq_e, glyhb_h, hbA1c.
  
  For the South Africa dataset the changes are the following:
• Modification in the cutoffs for identifying implausible values for total cholesterol and HDL cholesterol.
  
  The updates codebooks detail the content of the new variables and the effects of the other correction in the datasets. The code modification are visible on GitHub.
