Version 1.0 of the ExPoSE dataset has been finalised and it is available for use by the research community. In it full version, it includes 323922 harmonised individual records from nationally representative samples of the South Africa and England’s adult populations (15+ for South Afrcia, 16+ for England) between 1998 and 2017. Available data include cardiovascular risk and risk factors, demographic and socieconomic characteristics, biormakers.

Data can be explored from a freely accessible online dashboard. A subset of the data (limited by the restrictions imposed by the owners of the source data) will be made available shortly on public repositories for direct download.
